To warm up I went to the tent to watch the South-African Metal-Battle winner. The five guys from Johannisburg took the long way to Schleswig-Holstein upon themselves and were now presenting their music. I did not knew much about the band except that it was Matthew Sletcher on drums, Greg Van Kerkhof on bass, the guitarists Erick Gerber (the only founding member which was still there since the foundation in 2008) and Liam O’Brian as well as singer Brandon Pratt. The band was founded at the Campus of Performing Arts at Johannisburg and they tried to thrill the not so numerous audience. All in all quite nice what the guys played but nothing more. Let’s wait and see what the evening will bring furthermore.
