Already during warm-up there were interesting scenes when the Belarus professionally destroyed one of the windows behind the goal. But the handy helpers of the Arena were able to fix the damage quickly and so the game could begin on time.
At the beginning the Danish were superior and lead by 1:0. But the Belarus did not give up and fought back into game during the following two periods. Finally in front of a disappointing audience it ended 2:1 for Belarus.
But this victory did not help them as after this game they had to start their trip back home.
